Nova Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

7. Refunds & Returns

If an order is not delivered and confirmed as lost in transit, we may issue a refund or reshipment after investigation with the shipping carrier.

If an order has been successfully delivered, returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Returned items must be shipped back to our designated return address

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of returned items.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
